Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player" or "Member") and mrat88, an online gambling platform operating under international licensing. By registering, accessing or using any part of the mrat88 website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms set out in this document.

This Agreement should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which form the complete agreement between you and mrat88. Should there be any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise stated in writing.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use mrat88 services, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times while your account is active:

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and profile updates must be accurate, complete and current. mrat88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
• Not an Employee: You may not be an employee, contractor or immediate family member of an mrat88 employee or related company.

mrat88 reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an existing account if there are indications that the eligibility requirements above have not been met, or if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a registration is false or intended for fraudulent purposes.

Deposits & Payment Methods

mrat88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet: A widely used local e-wallet in Malaysia.
• DuitNow: A real-time transfer system linked directly to your bank account.
• Online Banking (FPX): Supports most major Malaysian commercial banks via the FPX system.
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH are accepted for deposits and withdrawals.

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM50 regardless of the payment method chosen. mrat88 does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges which are beyond our control.

Deposited funds must be used for gambling purposes within the mrat88 platform only. mrat88 reserves the right to hold or investigate any deposit that raises suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity, and reserves the right to report such activity to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawals

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions. The minimum amount per withdrawal is RM50. Available withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The standard processing time for withdrawals is between 5 and 30 minutes once the request is approved. Delays beyond this timeframe may occur due to technical reasons or additional verification requirements; in such situations, our customer support team is available to assist.

Before any withdrawal is approved, the following conditions must be met:

• Identity verification (KYC) has been completed successfully.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements have been fully met.
• No investigation is currently being conducted on your account.
• The balance is sufficient to meet the minimum withdrawal amount.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, except in specific circumstances where this is technically not possible.

Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

mrat88 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements and players must read those terms carefully before claiming any offer.

Welcome Bonus: mrat88 offers a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300. For example, a deposit of RM100 will generate a bonus of RM200 and a balance of RM300 — with a wagering requirement of RM200 × 10 = RM2,000 to be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. If you deposit RM400, the credited bonus is RM300, bringing the balance to RM700 — with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 10 = RM3,000.

VIP Programme: Active mrat88 members are eligible for the VIP programme, which has three tiers:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.4%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 1.2%

Players who remain active and consistent in their betting activity have the opportunity to progress to higher VIP tiers. Cashback is credited weekly into the player's account.

Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the mrat88 platform — including online slots, live casino, sportsbook and other games — are operated in accordance with the specific rules of each game. Players are responsible for understanding those rules before playing.

mrat88 uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all slot games and digital table games to ensure fairness and transparency in every spin or round. Live casino games use professionally trained live dealers operating from licensed studios.

Game results are final once confirmed by the system. Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported to customer support within 48 hours of the incident. Disputes submitted after this period will not be entertained.

Sports betting is subject to additional rules regarding odds announcements, match cancellations, schedule changes, and official sporting results. mrat88 reserves the right to cancel or adjust bets placed based on inaccurate information or matches that do not meet the minimum settlement conditions.

Player Responsibilities & Obligations

As a member of mrat88, you agree to:

• Play responsibly and set limits appropriate to your financial means.
• Not use third-party software, automated bots, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Not engage in any form of collusion, fraud, money laundering, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Keep your login details secure and not share them with anyone.
• Notify mrat88 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Comply with all laws and regulations applicable to online gambling in the jurisdiction where you reside.

Breaching any of the above obligations entitles mrat88 to suspend or close your account, forfeit any balances or winnings associated with the breach, and report the activity to the relevant authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure

mrat88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, whether temporarily or permanently, without prior notice if:

• A player breaches any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• mrat88 suspects fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• A player is found to hold multiple accounts.
• Information provided during registration is found to be inaccurate or false.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Any valid balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to the applicable terms at that time.

For responsible gambling purposes, players may also request self-exclusion through our customer support. Self-exclusion can be set for a specific period or permanently, and mrat88 will fully honour such requests.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be interpreted to the extent it can be enforced, and the enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
